    • Promo mechanics will be printed on flyers and will be shown on TV plugs.

    1. Winners may only win once. In case the name of the winner was drawn twice, the winner will be given the prize of higher value. Prizes are not convertible to cash but are transferable.

    2. The 20% tax on prizes exceeding P10,000 will be shouldered by the winner.

    3. Winner of trip for 2:

    • a. Winner and his companion must be both at least 18 years of age on the date of the Grand Draw.
    • b. Winner will shoulder all other expenses incurred outside the prize package on the duration of the trip, which includes taxes, terminal fees, roundtrip transfers, daily meals, and transportation to desired destination(s).
    • c. Winner has the option to re-schedule their flights if and when needed. However, he/she will have to settle the necessary adjustments and shoulder all expenses involved (if there are any).

    Validation Process:

    1. Verified winner by DTI will be notified by a confirmation call from an authorized Xurpas representative and by registered mail from Xurpas.

    2. Winners from Smart and/or Talk ‘n Text will receive a call via Smart’s Special Access number 7777 from an authorized Xurpas representative and by registered mail.

    3. Verified winner will be announced on CS Origin during a commercial break within 7 days after the grand draw.

    Redemption of Prizes:

    1. The winner must present the following when claiming their prize

    • a. A valid ID with picture and address. Valid IDs are SSS, TIN, Company ID with picture, PRC card or Driver’s License
    • b. The winning SIM card where the entry was made;

    2. For post-paid subscribers, accounts should have no outstanding or overdue balance. As such, the account should be current on the date of redemption.

    3. For pre-paid subscribers, accounts should have been properly decremented for all transactions and active on the date of redemption.

    4. If winner is a minor, he/she must be accompanied by his parent/s or legal guardian, who should present a valid ID with picture and address.

    5. If the winner is not the registered subscriber of the winning SIM card, he/she must present the all the requirements mentioned in number 1 and a signed authorization letter from the registered subscribed of the SIM card.

    6. Qualified winners must claim their prizes within sixty (60) days from receipt of notification. Failure to claim within the allotted time/duration forfeits the winner’s right over the prize with prior DTI approval.

    7. For Metro Manila winners, the prize may be claimed at the Solar entertainment Office in Century Tower, Dela Costa St. corner Tordesillas St, Salcedo Village, Makati City, Philippines. For provincial winners, Solar Entertainment shall contact the winner and make arrangements for claiming the prize. The winner will shoulder all transportation expenses in claiming invitations.

    8. The raffle winner agrees to have his/her name and photo included in advertisements and other related materials.

    Control Measures:

    1. DTI representative shall be invited to check, test, validate and verify the computer system for receiving entries and registration and drawing of winners. A copy of the said system shall be sealed in an envelope and signed by the DTI representative for safekeeping of Xurpas for verification of DTI at anytime.

    2. A printed copy of the properties of the program shall be given to the DTI Representative after verification. The DTI representative shall check the database of the promo.

    3. Another DTI representative will be invited to be present during the actual determination of the winners.

    4. Xurpas will generate a list of qualified participants before the draw.

    5. A copy in diskette form shall be sealed in an envelope and signed by a DTI representative for safekeeping of Xurpas and for verification of DTI at anytime until all prizes are claimed

    6. After the winner is determined, it will be verified from the generated list by a Xurpas representative and the DTI representative. A soft copy of the generated list of qualified participants shall also be given to the DTI representative.

    7. The list of winners will be given to the DTI representative after determination.

    8. Sponsor will inform DTI of the final winner after verifying from the telecommunication companies and any disqualified winner(s) and reason(s) for disqualification.

    9. A printed copy of the properties of the program shall be submitted to the DTI representative after each witnessed draw.

    10. Database / list of participants shall include mobile number, name, address, date and time of transaction, type of transaction and a column shall be added to include the raffle numbers assigned randomly.

    A participant can opt-out of access numbers 2600 for Globe & Touch Mobile, Smart, Talk and Text and Addict Mobile, and Sun Cellular by texting STOP to 2600 or may call 8895947 for manual opt-out. Once opted out, the subscriber will no longer receive any unsolicited info text messages from the access number/s.
